Sniper battles are always cool. It's a rule of thumb. A few suggestions, however:
- perhaps focussing entirely on one character and their emotions (especially their perception of the enemy) would allow for a more developed personality
- cover each and every little detail. As his life is seen through a scope, imagine how preternatural this persons senses must be.
- Maybe a bit more of a narrative.
Note that the only reason I haven't awarded this story more points is because I feel it needs to be completed. You have the proficiency of language to make it great.
