Pretty well written, but the message is incredibly confused with itself. What are you saying that life saving heart surgery is a sin of deceit akin to plastic surgery? Dentures have been around for centuries, should people just not have any teeth? I get the point of revealing everyday falseness, but it comes off as incredibly jaded and critical of things that are really odd to show disdain for.
