It takes courage to write about MPD/DID. I know, because I also have the gift. I hear the pain and confusion in your writing and am able to connect. I hear the pleading for understanding.

To make the poem better, I would try to be smoother in transitioning between the stanzas. It was a bit awkward, but then, life as a multiple often has rough transitions!
