This poem is so softly enchanting! The alliterative sounds create a wonderful ebb and flow, and the vowel sounds of ooo provoke a subtly excited emotion. Interestingly, I read "mist rose" in the first line as an adjective and noun rather than a noun and verb. I think it works either way! Excellent piece. Thank you for sharing!
Ooh, this imagery is stunning. The fifth line is especially striking, and it flows well with the first four. The first half has a great rhythm, too. That rhythm fades a bit as the poem progresses, which takes away from the sensation. Play with this some and it'll be great!
