I loved reading your work. It was exciting and uplifting, yet to the point. You didn't judge yourself harshly, but you made real answers to your resolutions. I would like to point out something to make this better, but I can't find any errors on your part to correct. You did a great job and should be proud of yourself. Keep up the great works.
Hi... I had to read this poem over a few times before I could connect the beginning stanza to the end stanza. Once I caught on, I found this poem to be very truthful and accurate. How many times does a person have to end a relationship, only to find a better one awaiting us? You have done a fine job here.

You have hit this nail on the head. How many times do we get ourselves all bent out of shape over a test, unsure of what the results will be? I will add, 65 years old is not that old any longer. So as long as you are healthy overall, you should be able to spend many future years living day by day. Just don't let the tests get in the way. Once again... great job here.

This is very short and pleasant reading. Although, to do justice, I think you should add a couple more stanza's. There is so much more to say about war, and you seem to have hit the tip of the iceberg here.
It is sad that we know the sadness of war so well through our lives, hopefully one day in the not so distant future, our children will only know about war by the books and movies made about them in the past.

Thank you for sharing this poem with us. It sounds so accurate of how we feel and think when we suffer from any form of depression. There will always be those special loved ones that will remain constant.
Hopefully, when our way of thinking gets foggy, we can try harder to listen to our heart instead of just our unhealthy brains. You did a great job... thanks once again.
Wow... what a wonderful story. You have indeed been through the treadmill of abuse. I am glad to read that you have survived and became stronger because of it. While I have never had a 4.0 in my life, I was also abused by my father. I am so very sorry to read that your father didn't stand up more for you over the years. To make up for your adoptive mother's horrible abuses.
This poem is so awesome. It sounds like the thoughts that have been driven into my head in the past and the present. You have written it exactly how life feels when you suffer with any forms of depression.
Thank you for sharing your words, and may you find the light out of all this mess. We are always looking for it, but it so often feels just beyond our reach.
Thanks for ending on a bright note. I know for me I greatly appreciate it.
This poem has been well written. You have shown the emotions that many of us have felt in our daily lives.
The verses run smoothly and one can read it without any confusion or breaks. You have kept us deep within you and the emotions that you fear. I have to wonder who this person is that you fear rejection from so strongly.
I have respect for you poem and look forward to reading more of them from you.
This was so very much fun to read and you are so very talented. While I also joined today's contest... it is very simplistic in comparisson to your entry. I only wish that I would have had the same fun in my thoughts, as you have obviously had in yours.
Perhaps one day I will be able to think of ideas as fun as yours!!!
This was very intense, and yet so honest. It showed the emotions very well and the way many people feel in these same situations. The ups and downs that can happen within just a few hours, and the thoughts that can cause them. I really have enjoyed this piece, and congratulate you on doing such a great job.
