Beautiful and heartfelt. I really enjoyed it and most importantly - felt it. Just a friendly remark - the rhythm is great until the 12th line, I had to slow down a little to read it the way it was written. Maybe think about adding an "a" somewhere there to make it a little more natural. Other than that it is a lovely piece and I enjoyed it very much.
