A wonderful poem! The simple images and rhythm work together very well to convey the comfort and ease of a lifelong relationship. It was easy to read, as the phrases and rhyming flowed easily. Emotionally moving piece, and I enjoyed it very much. Thank you!

I really enjoyed this piece! You have given us a very direct and descriptive look at a topic many have little knowledge of,.....and from the drivers perspective, have stripped it to it's core. Without fantasy or romance, just a job to be done. The language chosen accentuates this idea very well, and you have found a nice rhythmic feel. There were a couple of lines I found a bit awkward with phrasing, but I know that much of that is just my opinion. Overall, I'd say this is a great job, and I look forward to reading more.
