This is really beautiful. I love all the allusions to nature, and the way the poem sounds kind of old fashioned. It's as though it describes a very sweet and innocent love, and for some reason reminds me almost of a couple courting in the 1800's. The only part I'm a bit confused about was my interpretation. It almost seems like the lovers are ghosts, and perhaps the woman was lost at sea and then brought back to immortal life with her husband to be by the strength of their bond. Am i even remotely close?
