I really enjoyed reading this poem. I am especially drawn to poems that would be considered protest poems instead of the one that would be considered "emotional." I liked how you played on the schizophrenic theme and the first and last stanzas were completely opposite. I also like the way that you repeated the hook. I find that to be very powerful especially when you have a good hook.

I really like this poem. The diction is simple making it very easy to read and gleam the deeper meaning behind the entire piece.
