I really like this - I can identify with it, as music is very important to me too, and I can't imagine what the world would be like without it. It can be a great comfort. It would be great to read how music affects you, what you feel when you listen to it.
I especially like the part: 'usually the songs, solace brings and helps to pass the time, but now my ears the music stings in retched cacophonous rhyme'.
