There is no coherent storyline. You need to have a description of characters. There are also countless grammar mistakes. When talking takes place, I don't know who's talking when the speech starts. This story goes way too fast and it sounds like a pre-teen child trying to tell me a story about their teacher turning into a dragon and killing them. There's alot of work for you to do.
