I was reading your piece of writing and to be honest I absolutely loved it!
Now, I'm a book nerd and I know how it feels, when you get a new book, with an magnificent cover, and when you open it, you're presented with words all over and you just have this urgency to start reading it and just get inside the book straight away! My favorite feeling by far!
I just love the fact, how you used such simple words to describe how a book is presented through your eyes, and that you associated love with a book. It may seem a bit strange but you know, it makes sense. Great Job!

I like the phrase "fingertip erosion".These 2 lines also suggest that a bookworm always loves to read their favorite book again, and again and again. Never letting go. Astonishing. I can relate to this really easily.
