Well said, well said, indeed! I agree for the most part.

However, the biggest reason why people "believe" in a higher entity, is because of fear. They're afraid of the unknown. Everything that they cannot comprehend, is an "Act of God".

I've been a Muslim, until a few months ago, where I reached the age of reason, although before that, I did see my religion, more as guidelines. And that's all there is to it.. Guidelines. It's not "The Truth". There is no "The Truth". Everyone has his own Truth, that they live by and die by. However, if you push your Truths to others, is where War breaks out.

Wars will break out. This planet will be annihilated. Religion has become a method to enslave "believers", it's really sad.

Although this may come as a surprise, considering my tone, I'm not an atheist. I'm an agnostic. I don't really care if there is a God or there isn't. There is no proof for either, thus I shall live my life the way I want to live it, and this is how most of the people should live.
