I can imagine the pain and sadnes of putting these words out there.
I see where you are trying to go with the red, but it makes it difficult to read. Don't change the color, but make your font a little bigger.
unrequited love is the worst feeling. sometimes you just have to forget, but easier said than done. How do you control how you really feel about someone. I don't think you can. If you ever find the on/off switch for love then please let the rest of the world know. :)
the thing is someone would notice.
To me many of your words are scarily accurate. I personally am not really suicidal anymore, but I still feel it. It is hard to change. Who knows when that spectre will come storming back. The question is more about caring enough to do something about it. Invisible walls really suck after a while, but I digress...
nice poem, good way to express some deeper feelings, getting it out there, and possible showing others there own feelings is a positive.
...and at your age you haven't even begun to live yet. :)
Writing with such a depth of feelings that you can only experience smacks of someone older than thirteen, but anyway I think it is good with an honest point of view.
I liked this. It would have made a really good episode of the twilight zone. Would have been nice to have the last part stretched out a little more to increase the suspense. Show some emotional conflict with the dad...fighting urges he does not really understand, urges that slowly consume him. Like I said though, I liked it. Good story.
