I am really impressed with this poem. There is a very good story line that draws you in emotionally. The rhythm and rhyming were outstanding and there's humor added in. You are definitely going in my favorite author area, patiently waiting for the next poem. I don't have many gift points but that poem deserves more than I gave. Keep writing and I'll keep reading!!!
A GOOD poem with a story line that kept together all the way through. I didn't check your porfolio yet but with the use of the word "me" consistently, I say you're maybe from the islands or England? Another good poem with a great story. I can relate to all that is said about resolutions as I know we all can. The only area that made me read twice was the 3 verses you used that ended with Times Square. I really enjoy your poems.
A nice poem, but I had to read it twice because I was reading it in a rhythm and had to go back a few times. On some of the versus, the 2nd line ended short. I'm not sure if I was able to explain this properly. All-n-all, the poem had a story and did rhyme well.
