One weird ass story....and i liked it!. Just the the kind of humor i like. I really like the 4 am movie part. Keep it up!

Nice story. I was always amazed at how each of our cows had very specific personality traits which many times would be passed to their offspring.
I love the name Johnnie Johnson. I assume it is tied to someone you knew? We named many of our cows like Wanda (who reminded me of a friend of my mother), and Snooter (a very inquisitive and friendly cow).
That's the great thing about stories like this one, it prompts many memories

Gee, poetry I can understand...a big plus for me.
I like the sentiment of the poem and the part about missed opportunities
I would take the 'that' out of the first line of the second stanza (if that is what it is)
And the three rhymes of history, opportunity, and mystery kind of threw me off a bit
All in all it looks to be from the heart and that is the best kind of poetry
