It is an enjoyable quick read that makes me want to know about Calyistria some more and appreciate That you give a nickname of Caly so I don't butcher her name every time I come across it. A strong independent female lead is nice and refreshing as usually female leads gain there strength and independence through the story Arch. I am interested to find out What her arch will be. Negatives I would have liked a little more description of her land. easy to add during her walk just to give a little bit of logistical knowledge and more immersion into the world. The other thing I would have liked is when she first uses her power That maybe she could be as surprised as us and we can learn about it together. That is a minor point and maybe with more chapters will make it better that she did know.
