I loved this! The story was thoroughly engrossing with not just one but two alien races with vastly superior technology to contend with. The necromancer was a great character to tie it together with a unique point of view in all of what happened. I would encourage you to enter this in a sci-fi or horror contest or Isaac Asminov's magazine.
