I liked this poem, but I did not really understand the point of it. Was it the ring or the pictures or the mall? I think it is a good idea for a poem but if you focused in a little more on to one topic I think it would be more powerful. As a reader I want the poem to leave me knowing what it is about, and have emotional impact on me as well. Keep up the good work!
This was very helpful to me. I am new to this site and just starting to review, and critique other peoples work. I found this very useful for me to write my reviews and critiques. I think you philosophy makes a lot of since and I agree that reviews and critiques are two very different things,
I really liked this. You speak the truth of happiness and how blind some people can be to what really makes them happy. I also think that our illusion of "happiness" is one of the main causes of greed and suffering. Over all I think this is very well put.
