This is a really good poem; but also have to say that it makes me unimaginably sad. Hopefully, thiings are better know. And know that you will always find a friendly and welcoming community here at Writing.com.
I love this! Not just the wording of the poetry but what it symbolized. It truly is a great work and something that, I believe, should hearten anyone that reads it, especially those that suffered through Hurrican Katrina.
Truly intriguing.! This can definitely become a great novel. Just a few common flaws, spelling, grammar, and others of the same tedium. I'm very interested in the "magic" of this world and the clearly defined social classes that seem to be built along the same lines as the seperations of the disricts. As they say, "Write On!"
Good; Raven seems like a character that will have a lot of personality when you continue to develop the story. One note: swords are held in "scabbards", just a bit of friendly advice.
