As a poem, which is not my area of expertise, I don't know whether it is good structure wise and things. However, I enjoyed reading it. I have some sense of place, as it mentions the 'doggie highway' and the night air seems to be getting cooler. So obviously outdoors somewhere. I also found it calming. And to highlight that geese have been doing this forever helps put life into perspective.
It stuck to the theme of geese, and their migration. Good detail, helping me picture the scene.
I did quite enjoy this.
