Excellent poem. It was very moving and you did a great job of getting the point across with the underlying subtext. The last part of the poem was by far the most moving and really hits you emotionally. A great example that lines do not need to rhyme to make for great poetry.

Excellent. The imagery you placed throughout the poem really helped to build it up. Your subtle rhyming technique works. People tend to want to rhyme every line but have it rhyme here and there makes it flow better. You build up to the ending and then switch it up I thought it was a very unique turn. I liked it.
