I appreciated finding out how many people are afflicted by manic-depression and especially that they have admitted to it. I've always known that many (MANY) artists are affected and creative either in the up or down stage (usually not in both). Many are VERY successful and others suffer all the time. Some lives end tragically (my aunt ended her son's life).

My family has dealt with this for a long time and I've studied the matter intensively many years ago.

BRAVO for taking on this subject... I beleive it to be never ending and especially thank you for sharing.
