Wow, this poem is amazing! You've told the story of your character, the orphan, and in particular the last verse, was very moving. Although it was short, it's easy to imagine the story that you're telling, and it was written well - No grammatical errors, Spelling mistakes or unnecessary capitalizing - A very big well done~!

It's lovely you've written a poem/song for your best friend, it shows you care, and the readers can really see how much you miss them; how much you care.
On the writing front, not perfect. It couldn't harm to edit this and go over it again for spelling mistakes and capitals, it would make the whole thing easier to read. I've given you a rating of 3, which isn't bad (Just so you know) it's average.
