They are always on the street walks,where average people walk around& they receive coins.
I have always found it odd that beggars are always on street walks, where the average people walk around in towns and give them pennies.
Never have I seen anyone "well off" pull over his/her car just to go give a beggar on the street money. Yet they could be carrying thousands on their cars taking it to their banks.
Why??
