The sweet flower that once stood tall in the valley
Now hunches over low to the ground and slowly wilts away
At one time it was admired by all who pass it and all that surround it
The envious buds and weeds that reside in the same valley
Kept their distance from the solitary white rose
It was pure and gracious in everyway
But jealousy and wrath destroyed this beautiful creation
And has forced it to end it's life
For without water and without breath: it shall surely die
Although it is true, death shall not be for lack of food
But fate has shown that without love...
There shall be no life
