it tells a story on how i use to be alone
Wonder Dreams
Today was the day I shatter sign
They through it back to me
And I had no reason for walking down the boulevard

Sometimes I wish someone would fine me
Carry me away
Lift me up onto my feet
I use to walk a lonely road
It was the only one I ever knew

I walked the empty streets and down the broken roads
The city always slept as I moved an all alone
By now I should’ve somehow known what I had to do

I didn’t believe anyone felt the way I did
The only one that felt like something really was my shadow
My shallow broken heart was swollen
I use to walk alone

Everyday I wake up and it’s Sunday
And all the bad dreams get washed away
Everyday gets more and more unusual
I still ask myself should I walk away

Get back to the beat
The derbies is on the street
Yeah sure you’ve heard it all before
But I’ve always had my doubts

I never believed anybody felt the way I did before
I was always walking down a line
A line that was divided in my mind
I was always on boarder line of the edge
Where I walked alone

Today was the day where I threw it back to them
You’d have to read between the lines
What was screwed up and everything was fine
Check my vital sign
Know I’m still alive
Where I walked alone

Broke all the rules to find me
Where all the lies were blinding
Farewell was what I’d wanted to say to you
But I didn’t know how

I use to walk an empty street full of heartache and sorrow
But now I see I tried to be someone I wasn’t
Still they try to throw it back and capture me again
My empty place is full now
No more broken dreams
No more shadows inside
The shallow hearts are gone
