A piece I wrote out of nowhere.
He didn’t even saw her smiling straight
at him. Her eyes conveyed melancholy,
protesting how unfair, but helplessly
she stood still, thinking if it’s really hate
that she feels. So away he went and fate,
invisible as a ghost, suddenly
erased her out. And feeling sorry, he
came back, his heart in vain. It was too late.

My friend, how foolish is the human heart?
We go to places just to find our love
in peril, calling out right from the start
and then for guidance we pray from above.
Why do we keep on living, stuck in chains?
Is love just thrown with luck, mere paper planes?
