my world was empty
and like a spring rain into crevices
you've filled it
and made it a lot more fun to jump around in
and i smile for real now
like a kindergardener with a clean cubby
i laugh
and hold my heart in my hands
open and outstreched
offering it to you
with no fear of rejection
and life makes no sense
but love is worth rejecting logic for
