This is the start of a new sci-fi story.
The ship had reached the planet's surface less than half an hour ago, and I was already up to my chest in the middle of a poisonous green swamp, that appeared to be secreting some sort of acrid emerald green mist. That stank like sulphur to be polite (or as I'd term it. It stank so bad it was like something had crawled up it's butt and died down here) What looked like the reamins of a Beezor with the better half of it's intestines hanging out floated past. Lovely. This swamp was not a good place for a human being of my height stature (or human beans as my team-mate Zalack calls anyone of my race) at only four foot eight inches my pack was all but submerged, meaning that half my supplies were by now probably infected by some revolting bowl combusting desease. We'd alreay lost one team member that way, and let me tell you it hadn't been pretty. Mind you with a job like mine you can bet your bottom dollar I've seen things you only see in you worst nightmares. . I'm the envoy for Saffron starship, an intergalactic hunk of junk, which as always remains nice and inconspicuous what with being painted a malignent shade of orange. A shadow slipped in and out of the corner of my eye before i even had time to blink. I attempted to wade faster. A pair of hands grabbed my wrists hauling me up onto the moss covered bank before i drowned in toxic green goo. The skin was a familiar shade of soft forget-me-not blue.
