Where Has All The Time Gone?

Where has all the time gone?
Five years, they go so fast.
Even though other moms warned me,
I thought they would always last.

You will go to kindergarten soon,
With new friends you'll laugh and play.
So for now let's do as much as we can,
Drawing, talking and reading every single day.

Looking back at old pictures
I wonder where my little girl went.
And then I start to remember
How all the precious time was spent.

I know you'll have fun at school
Learning fun and exciting new things.
But it will be hard for mom and dad
To not worry about what the future brings.

Where has all the time gone?
My baby girl has grown so quickly.
Please remember how much I love you
And don't ever stop spending time with me!
