Sitars hum in the heavens,
Making teens shake from
Too much caffeine.

Their feet twirl to tabla
On bubble wrap made
By children- 10 cents a day.

Their hearts are wooed by flutes,
Of city concrete- with
Gum acne problems.

Radha fills pots of
Cherry Vanilla Soda
Gone flat with boredom.

I paint their features,
In silly colors- Orange
Rouge and purple kohl.

Let them dance like a
Gay pride flag alight.
It suits them well.
