angel

When I was down,
No friend to count on,
I would dream of you...
When I fell, you held me,
When those people told me to go to hell
I wished for you and my wish came true.

When I first laid my eyes on you
I could tell you were that angel that the gods and goddesses spoke of
And that you were going to be there for me when I needed that angel to guide me from above
And when I lay my head down to sleep or when I’m down and weeping
I pray to them and say

Thank you for everything that you did for me
Thank you for keeping your word
Thank you for bringing my angel to me
And thanks for the good times we had and still have

Thanks for leading me to my angel or my angel leading to me
Which ever way I’m grateful
And thanks for my wish
I could have never done this with out the help of you
I’ve changed so much and my heart did to

I finally found the courage to tell you that you’re my angel
And I love you more then you will ever know
For you are my angel and that’s I can think of
There are more words then this but there aren’t any that I can describe
But the only word I can think of is angel
