Inspired by the book "Four letters of Love"
Ammunition for the trial.

Remember those moments of clarity.
Those fleeting seconds when you look at him.
When you catch his eye as you glance over,
in the club with the lights flickering the rainbow against the darkness.
When you see him before he sees you,
waiting by the entrance of the cinema, scanning the faces before him, until you smile.
When you feel his arms come around your waist,
as you stand in your friends house, talking, and you look around and up
to him.

When you wake up next to him on a wednesday morning in March.

Remember that feeling that hovers around you,
How the world just pauses.
For a heart beat.
For a nano second.
For eternity.
You can finally see.
Chirst how those cliches all make perfect sense.

Remember that feeling that brushes through you.
Remember that level of certainty, that complete confidence.
You know who you are.
You know who he is.
You know you did well, that you both chose the right path,
You know that you love him and that he loves you.

Save these moments in your heart's arsnal.
Guard them well.
Funnel them into little bricks, into the walls of your house.
Plaster them into the cement surrounding the both of you.
Exchange them for an invisible cloak for two.

Because when you scream and shout at each other, raising voices and threats,
your words won't stick.
When he comes in drunk from the pub, and the dishes sit in the sink, bills scatter the floor.
You look at him and you just don't know,
anymore
Should you bother or just turn off, move on with your life and out of his.
You see the mirror questions in his eyes.

Remember and be glad that you made the right choice.
That you love him and that he loves you.
