What do you say to a girl that feels torn?
That has hated herself since the day she was born.

What do you say to a girl that feels scarred?
Who just can't escape from a life thats too hard.

She's been battered, and beaten, lied to and abused;
Raped and mislead, her soul just feels used.

No one to call on and no one to care.
No one to promise that they'll always be there.

What do you say to a girl that feels alone?
No family, no friends, no place to call home.

Heart full of sadness, but wears a big grin.
Smiles on the outside, but cries from within.

What do you say to a girl thats so stressed?
Constantly crying 'cause her life is a mess.

After 18 years, I still don't know what that'd be;
And its actually sad because that girl is me.
