Um, excuse me?

I don’t think I heard you right.

You say you cheated on me?

                          Had sex with other people?

How could that be?

    Thought all I had to do was trust you

to make it easy

for you to be loyal.

Never thought

you’d betray that trust

Apparently you thought

it would be ok

because we were separated
