The sun is shining, the sky is blue
but then again you are too
your smile's shining through and
through,
because what else can you do?

That doesn't mean to say
people don't know how you feel
they're just taking a backstep,
giving you time to heal

Speak up, let all your fears out
they will listen to what it's all about
it's ok to feel that way,
honest its ok,
but if you bottle all your feelings up
bottled they will stay
