Spirit bring me solace
I tire of being hollow
Fill me warmth
Show me love I can swallow
Satisfy the emptiness I feel
Give me reason to shine
Express to me a feeling real
Not a feeling I feel for a time
I wait for your love eternal
Beaming through with implicit love
Leave misery at the gates of inferno
Return flight to my other dove
Her broken wing has kept us on the ground
Help her soul sing, I miss that lovely sound
I won't fly freely when her soul is low
I will wait for her to regain momentum
I will be there to make sure she knows
I live to create the moment of
Eternal love, expressed in an instant
Held far above, the distance we are yet to travel
I've been baffled and I've been grounded
And I know avenues have opened
Though it seems like they have closed
My depths are forever hoping
And my spirit knows
My paths are growing
Angels above me
Let me feel your glow
Give me strength to heal
Help our spirit grow
Let me feel your hand upon my back
Allow me to feel your pride in my plans
Remind me of the strengths I think I lack
Fortify my legs so I can steady stand
Bless me with good tidings
Bless these words that I am writing
Give me sight for the future

Brighter than the brightest star seen
