An individual me Refuse to be conformed I won’t be like them won't obey blindly, won't do what they say just because they say I’ll think for myself and do what I know to be right you can’t make me into you just because you say its true doesn’t make it so just because you tell me to, won’t make me do it I think for myself, I’m individualized, I'm me unique and unconformable different from the rest, I’m true to me to much of an individual you say? Ha, there’s no such thing just because I refuse to be just like you, your clan, your group of followers well I’ve got news for you, you want to know me? Who I am? Well take a look, inside yourself I’m what you long to be, free I’m not a reckless soul trapped in an unforgiving body or the next big change in the world locked away, hidden from what could be I don’t hide myself from the world, a mask obscuring my face some think I’m just trying to be different, to get attention they think and maybe they’re right, because all the rest of you don’t want to be seen that’s why you try to blend with the crowd, act like everyone else so you can’t be seen, so you can’t be pointed out you’re like a chameleon, blending in to hide from the truth can’t you be brave and just face the world? I do everyday wanna know why? Because I’m an individual, refuse to be conformed wont obey blindly, you can’t ignore I’m simply me, and that’s all I want to be. |
