Humans live to fight wars,
Guns and blood, all gore.
Overseas or at home,
Leaving behind cries and moans.
When the war is done people cry.
Finally, no more will die.
Though you say that it is done,
Another war has already begun.
It is raging everywhere you go.
Sad, that no one knows.
Outcasts and In’s are soldiers trained.
Stones for others they have lain.
When spoken of it’s laughed and scorned,
“Fools!” they say “That is no war.
It does not bring pain or death.
That is just a child’s mess.”
It is a war, can’t they see?
Suicides equal casualties.
Words are bullets shot at each other.
No blood is shown, all is covered,
But they leave wounds, battle scars.
No one survives these teenage wars,
For this war buries you inside.
Feelings and character forever will hide.
Many veterans are stationed near,
New battles shall renew there fear.
Each generation fights this war,
Till someone stands and screams, “No more!”
