Every Thought takes me further away

The distance is far,
And I look into the space where your eyes ought to be,
There’s nothing there but air,
And I wish I could look,
Deep down,
Through those blues,
Into the deep ocean of your spirit and see you in the spotlight,
Vulnerable and loving,
Smiling and laughing,
Flicking your hair from side to side,
Speaking the words,
I love you,
I want to miss you,
Kiss you and flirt with you,
A chemistry reaction,
No doubt of sweetness,
And much more passion,
Be close to me,
Talk to me,
Open your heart with your mind,
And let me take you on a journey vast a deep,
And so powerful,
And hopefully it will blow your mind away,
All that will be left is the power to love,
Questions and reasons,
Logic and thought,
Too much and you do not live,
Emotion is buried with reason,
To understand emotion,
Is to be illogical and reckless,
To risk it all is to be stupid,
Yet it can be the smartest thing you ever did do,
Let your mind flow into your heart,
Let feelings burn and let conscience become only a whisper,
But never forget everything you do,
Is wonderful.
