Understanding is demanding
Of the average man
And if the average man
Can’t understand
Then he cannot function
In the “real world”
Cause to be able to function properly
A man must be able to accept criticism
Or defeat when it is at his feet
So that he press on and overcome
And from the sum of his mistakes
He may make corrections
So problems of the past
May not become problems of the present
And every man may learn from his mistakes
And be stronger for it
That is why keeping an open mind is so important
Only when every man can understand
The difference between one another
Is only on the outside
Then and only then can true peace and love be reached.
