you said you wanted a poem, wanted me to write
here it is the quickie i give to you tonight
im sorry about the differences we've had
lets remember all the good and forget the bad

i know we're both playin games
lets not hurt people-lets not say names
sometimes we fight like two dogs caged
our biggest problem is the difference in age

i care and want to see you well
you bitch and hollar and make it hell
i had enough and the time finally came
to make a difference to make a change

you're pretty cool-im alright
i guess we're bound to fight
as long as its all good and fair
we hollar and yell and not pull hair

i love you and thats something you know
and thur time our love will grow
we'll both get mad and throw a hissy
but we'll survive-just you and me
