For VICTORY

From where I came from I no longer see
For I have traveled that far on bended knee
The end of the road was still out of sight
Quitters never win! I yelled in great delight.

From my past I was in a hopeless situation
But from above on-time rescuers came in succession
I never thought that I would reach this far
For the throne of life left me with scars.

It wasn’t easy as others think for fame
For the end of my rope had fin’lly came
But praise the Almighty God His mercy endures forever
His love carried me through that nothing will hinder.

Time is so short that quickly comes and go
May God bless my seeds that they will grow
That I with His abundant grace He will use
For total victory he gave for me to choose.

Rise up for the victor’s crown fellow Christian Soldier
My destiny and yours is to please our Commanding Officer
Hold high the torch that leads to everlasting freedom
With valor together we’ll fight to further God’s Kingdom!
