Just a simple poem on the beauty of time.
If only time could stand still,
Beauty would then become an everlasting thing;
We could all huddle by the window sill,
To see it all, what joy it could bring.

If this day stretches to the great beyond,
Of tomorrow, there would be no need;
Fate would be silenced, making no sound,
To know it all, would be bliss indeed.

If our beloved star never sets,
New beginnings shan't ever arise;
Stuck, are we, with our regrets,
To have lived it all, that would be our demise.

If today holds all there is to see,
What can the future ever hope to be?
