Thank you God
For ALL you've done.
Where can I begin?
You guide me through this world of sin,
And in return all I can do is say...

Thank you God
For standing by me through drama,
Understanding my thoughts and actions
Better than Mama
Who else can top

YOU--the one who
Gave me my first and
Will claim my last
          BREATH

I'm a sista just Waiting to Exhale
And meet my maker--

Until that day I'll breath easy
And think up more ways to be...
