When we never have the time
for those that love us,
unconditionally,
gifting them a mere 20 min
of our precious day,
all the while professing
our tardiness somewhere else,
we are not actually depriving them,
but robbing ourselves
of precious memories
we will later in life try to relive
and inevitably re-write
to suit our conscience.
