What to do??

Dear Lord, Hear me pray,
Will my tears eveer go away,
Is this what makes my sky gray,
Why is it always some day.

I have a pain in my head,
There is an ache in my heart,
Something I really dread,
My life is falling apart.

My mind, racing like wildfire,
I just can't seem to think,
With all my heart can desire,
Now I know why people drink.

I am ready to bust,
I want to scream and shout,
Who can I honestly trust,
Is there someway out.

All alone and scared,
Nobody to talk too,
I really want to share,
What can I do.
