Knives Through My Heart

You stabbed my heart with a knife,

As blood spilled everywhere.

You pushed it in further,

As the tears poured.



You played games with my emotions,

Only talking to me when convenient.

You would falsely apologize,

Only to hurt me again.



You made me anxious,

Always showing up late.

You had my whole heart,

Always pretending you cared.



You told me I was everything,

Yet, kept pushing in the knife.

You acted like you knew me,

Yet,only caused pain.



I wanted to give you a second chance,

But, you're still ignoring me.

I've never been so hurt,

But you don't care!
