Of Colliding Stars

Emptiness frozen inside of me.
Shadows of night roam free.
Void of light I lie in eternal space.
Warmth of life fading away.
Slowly encircled by the cold and dark embrace.

They're withering without a cry.
Icy plains closing fast,
Bringing me to death so near.
Will tears be shed in wake?

Oh stars your light is so dull tonight.
Once shining of beauty and grace.
Have you now fallen in tragedy and disgrace?
Becombing numb I seek answers to my fear.
Holding onto what left I hold so dear.
Oh stars is my end finally in sight?

Nightfall's coming my way.
In this hell I'd rather not stay.
My world is bleeding, dreams are yearning.
For something far out of reach.
Will I succomb to this pain?
